2. Clarinet Teacher
Number of pupils - 250 Required from September 2019

Eynesbury C of E Primary School is a friendly and caring church school in St. Neots. We are committed to working together for the benefit of our children and we are a friendly staff team.

We have an excellent reputation for Music in the school. Our specialist music teacher, Katie Crozier, teaches all Key Stage 2 classes on a weekly basis. Each Year 2 class learns to play the violin through whole class music tuition; this starts with whole class violin tuition in Year 2. From Year 3, the children have the opportunity to have individual music lessons. There is a high take up of these music lessons. We presently offer violin, recorder, flute, saxophone, clarinet, cornet, trumpet, drums, guitars and piano.

Our clarinet and saxophone teacher is leaving after several years’ service at the school. We are therefore seeking a replacement teacher. There are presently 7 children receiving clarinet tuition, therefore we anticipate about 2 ½ hour clarinet tuition required for the Autumn Term. Each term we review the need and teaching time is adjusted accordingly. We are presently charging parents £10 per 20 minutes, therefore tutors are paid £30 per hour.

If you would like details or an application form please telephone the school office on 01480 398028 or contact Katie Crozier on kcrozier@eynesbury.cambs.sch.uk
