A huge thank you to Mr Richardson and the team for organising yesterday's visit from The 2 Johns for their Online Safety event. It was fantastic to see such a great turnout and hear so many important messages shared throughout the day. Staff, parents and pupils all found the sessions incredibly informative with plenty of valuable advice for everyone. The 2 Johns are former police officers and online safety specialists who work with schools across the country, helping children, families and staff stay safe online. Their sessions focus on topics including social media, gaming, online exploitation, privacy settings, cyber bullying and the hidden risks young people can face online. Their talks are engaging, honest and incredibly thought provoking, helping to start important conversations both at school and at home. For anyone who wasn't able to attend the session or would benefit from also joining their online parent session, we will be sharing further information and a link shortly so you can still access the support and advice. Thank you again to The 2 Johns for such a valuable and impactful visit!
